Lokesh Kesavan
I founded Vizen Capital with a straightforward goal: to acquire and steward one strong business with the same dedication and care that its founder has shown. My approach is shaped by both professional experience and a genuine respect for the people behind great companies.
Before starting Vizen, I worked at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategy, and M&A. My background includes time in investment banking, where I focused on transactions and due diligence, and in corporate strategy, where I helped develop growth plans for teams and businesses. These experiences gave me a practical understanding of what makes companies durable and valuable over the long term.
I earned my MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where I focused on entrepreneurship, finance, and leadership. More important than credentials, I believe lasting businesses are built on culture, trust, and execution — not just numbers on a page.
I began Vizen Capital not as a fund manager, but as an operator — someone ready to roll up my sleeves, work side by side with teams, and protect the legacy of a business while helping it grow.
